Just IT are delighted to be partnering with Thales in the UK to develop a sustainable future talent pipeline into their service desk through our Skills Bootcamp programmes.
Thales in the UK stood out to Just IT as they focused on the need to support their local talent into tech careers, this is one of the many reasons why we run our Skills Bootcamp programmes to help individuals with different skill levels kick-start or continue to develop their tech career across England. We are currently running programmes nationwide, including in South Yorkshire, West Midlands, North East and Greater London.
Another big highlight from our conversations with Thales in the UK were their passion into wanting to work on solutions to remove barriers by helping more women get into the industry and ensuring every individual from any background felt they could get into a tech position.
Working with Thales in the UK will allow our Skills Bootcamp candidates in IT to interview for five Level 3 IT Apprenticeship positions for their IT service desk, and build a rotational hiring funnel for the future. It is so impactful that businesses like Thales in the UK have invested into our candidates to access a wider, more diverse talent pool whilst increasing their job applications from candidates with prior barriers and developing the leaders and talent of tomorrow.
A massive thank you again to Kirsten Booth, Debbie Fountain and Aimee Smith from Thales in the UK for this incredible opportunity and we cannot wait to see this partnership grow further.
