Position Overview

As the public face of the IT Department, the Service Centre provides essential support to their business and customers. The role provides the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade financial systems and develop new skills on the job.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage issues relating to all company applications and liaise with external vendors
  • Provision, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure and services
  • Administer user accounts, including MS O365, JAMF, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Analyse and resolve assigned first/second/third line support calls at the London Head Office and other regional offices

  • MS O365 / AAD / Azure
  • Powershell
