How does Hiring Apprentices Work?
Apprenticeships are real jobs carried out while training towards industry-recognised qualifications. Our aim at Just IT Apprenticeships, as a Government approved training provider, is to match motivated tech enthusiasts with forward-thinking employers to introduce new talent into the digital industries.
We help organisations bridge their tech skills gap by using Apprenticeship funding to hire for IT and Digital positions.
Hire New IT & Digital Talent
The Apprenticeship scheme can give you access to enthusiastic digital natives looking to launch their IT or Digital career. Apprentices work with an employer for 14-24 months while undertaking essential qualifications and soft skill development training with Just IT coaches.
Following the completion of the programme, employers have the option to offer Apprentices a permanent full-time position.
How does it work?
You decide to hire an apprentice if you do not run your own in-house apprenticeships, then a Government approved apprenticeship training provider like Just IT will manage the process for you.
We work with you to find great candidates – Either fresh into the workplace, or candidates who have already gained some great IT, Data or Development experience via our Skills Bootcamps.
Funding and payments – At least 90% of the training and assessment costs are funded by the government.

- Support services for the Apprentice
When the apprenticeship ends – Your business decides whether to keep the Apprentice on as a newly-skilled full time employee.
