Just IT is partnering with BePro to help support organisations with their HR and professional development needs. They offer HR, L&D, and Coaching apprenticeships from Level 3 to Level 7 (master’s degree level), providing opportunities that span from entry-level to expert.

Developed by industry professionals, these apprenticeships are designed to improve productivity levels and elevate performance. They work closely with employers to ensure the right development training is selected and can provide bespoke aspects to existing programmes. They also develop cost-effective in-house training packages, specific to personal requirements.

Available Apprenticeship programmes

Coaching Professional Level 5

Coaching professionals are integral to private, public, and third-sector organisations, both nationally and globally. They deliver one-to-one coaching, team coaching, leadership coaching, and embed coaching skills into workplace cultures and governance structures, helping organisations adapt to future ways of working. This apprenticeship equips individuals to empower and engage teams and individuals, enhancing professional performance across various organisational contexts.

Apprentices will also earn the CMI Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring as part of the apprenticeship, provided at no additional cost, ensuring both practical skills and recognised qualifications are gained.

Duration: 14 months (approx)

HR Support Level 3

The HR Support apprenticeship is ideal for organisations looking to upskill employees or recruit talent to strengthen their HR function. Designed for professionals in medium to large organisations or HR managers in smaller businesses, this programme equips individuals to handle a variety of HR responsibilities. These include providing front-line support to managers and employees, managing day-to-day queries, offering HR advice, and overseeing processes from recruitment to retirement. Participants will also develop expertise in using HR systems and supporting organisational HR changes effectively.

Employers benefit from this apprenticeship by enabling employees to study for the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice at no additional cost beyond the funding band (membership fees to CIPD are payable separately). For organisations with employees who may already possess foundational HR skills, the People Professional apprenticeship is available as a more advanced alternative, ensuring tailored development for all levels of HR expertise.

People Professional Level 5

This People Professional apprenticeship is designed for organisations seeking to upskill their teams or hire skilled professionals to drive their People agenda. People Professionals play a vital role in helping businesses achieve strategic objectives by attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. They also manage key functions such as payroll and benefits, ensure compliance with employment law, and support positive employee relations.

As part of the programme, apprentices will study the CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management at no additional cost beyond the funding band (CIPD membership fees are payable separately). For employees who may already possess the required knowledge and skills, the Senior People Professional apprenticeship offers a more advanced pathway, ensuring tailored development for all levels of expertise.

L&D Practitioner Level 3

They may also specialise in areas such as learning design, e-learning, or digital/blended learning. Future-focused and adaptable, they ensure learning solutions align with the organisation’s culture and strategic objectives, supporting both employee growth and business success.

L&D Consultant/Partner Level 5

Designed for organisations aiming to upskill employees or recruit professionals to drive improved performance across individuals, teams, and the wider business. These specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring learning and development aligns with organisational goals and enhances overall performance. They collaborate with HR colleagues and often work alongside L&D Administrators or Practitioners to deliver impactful initiatives.
In larger organisations, L&D Consultants/Business Partners may manage teams and budgets, reporting to senior leaders such as a Head of Department or Director. As part of this apprenticeship, employees will complete the CIPD Associate Diploma in Learning and Development at no additional cost beyond the funding band (CIPD membership fees are payable separately). This programme equips professionals with the skills and expertise to make a meaningful contribution to organisational success.

Senior People Professional Level 7

Senior People Professionals are essential across all industries where a workforce is managed and supported, making this apprenticeship a valuable investment in organisational success.

Apprentices can choose between two routes, one of which includes a Level 7 CIPD Diploma in Strategic People Management or Strategic Learning and Development, providing additional time to implement initiatives and build a robust portfolio. Accredited by the CIPD, this programme leads to MCIPD status upon successful completion of the End Point Assessment.

Team Leader Level 3

For those with more advanced skills and knowledge, the Operations Manager apprenticeship may provide a more suitable pathway for development.

Operations Manager Level 5

In smaller organisations, Operations Managers may also play a direct role in executing strategic initiatives. Upon completing this apprenticeship, employees with at least three years of management experience can apply for Chartered Status, further enhancing their leadership credentials.
