Aftersales Marketing and Business Planning Apprentice

An renowned car manufacturer has need for an Aftersales Marketing and Business Planning Apprentice to help assist their Sales and Marketing Headquarters. Training will be provided with all duties.

Duties

Marketing Reporting

CRM is essential for engaging existing customers. Detailed reporting enhances performance and ROI through improved targeting and messaging. As the digital customer journey evolves, tracking paid media campaigns, website performance, online check-ins, and bookings is crucial.

This role will consolidate data from third-party sources (e.g., Contact Advantage, Indicia, OMD, Google Analytics) and update, amend, and develop reporting dashboards for streamlined analysis.

Business Reporting

Daily financial reporting is critical for tracking performance against targets for parts and accessories. This role will support the business planning team with reports such as:

  • Working Day Summary
  • Customer Demand
  • Parts Sell-Out
  • Accessories Sales
  • Ad hoc PRISM reports (parts, servicing, accessories)

Retention

A key focus for FY25 is increasing customer retention for servicing and repairs. This role involves monitoring monthly retention performance and identifying opportunities for targeted customer engagement and dealer implementation.

Marketing Asset Management

Support dealer enquiries on reports, campaigns, creative assets, and logistics. Act as the main liaison for communications with Lutterworth, managing tasks such as requesting part numbers for printed materials, booking assets, dealer auto allocations, and stock reporting.

Website Management

Assist the Aftersales Marketing team in developing and delivering customer-facing campaigns. Support updates to the Ownership section of the website by briefing larger-scale changes or submitting job tickets for minor updates. Collaborate with creative, media, and website agencies, as well as Aftersales product teams.

About you

To be an Aftersales Marketing and Business Planning Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.

This 20-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £20,000 per year.

Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 4 qualifications within data.
